Each of the Lunar Logic Solutions web hosting plans carries a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees, domain processing fees and account overages.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, disk space, extras, etc. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Lunar Logic Solutions guarantee that our services will be available an average of 99.9% of the time. If your web site is not available 99.9% of the time in a given month, we will credit the amount of downtime to your next month's (or billing period's) hosting fees four fold. What this means is that if your site is down for a period of 12 hours, you will be credited on your next bill for a period of 48 hours.

Downtime is defined as our network equipment or your shared or dedicated server being down. We do not control the whole Internet, and so we cannot guarantee your ability to access your site due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. down routers, DoS attacks, web site configuration issues, etc.).

This does not include scheduled downtime for which you have been notified. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information in our billing system is up to date and current.
